Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
